Pizza, Pork-Free
Jen treated me to lunch at Valentina Cucina E Bar, perched atop the rooftop of Hyatt Place Bukit Jalil. With its picturesque views, it's easy to see why this spot is popular for a meal. We visited during lunchtime, but I imagine the ambiance would be even more enchanting in the evening.

The bread starters

For starters, we opted for the soup of the day, which was a delightful opener to our meal. Then, we indulged in a Gnocchi al Ragu, priced at RM67. The gnocchi, while flavourful, was a tad too soft for Jen's preference. However, the beef ragu sauce packed a punch and added depth to the dish.

The real star of our meal was the Margherita Pizza, priced at RM39. The crust was perfectly baked, boasting a satisfying crunch with each bite. It was so delicious that I found myself enjoying it without any additional chili toppings or embellishments.

I must commend the attentive service at Valentina Cucina as well. The waiter's suggestion to split the pumpkin soup into two bowls for us was a thoughtful touch and made sharing much easier.

The dining experience here was a pleasant one and I think Valentina Cucina E Bar serves the best pizza in Bukit Jalil and Puchong. So this has solved my pizza problem.
